I am excited to
begin my twenty-forth year in education serving as principal of Heritage Middle School. This is my third
year at Heritage
Middle School, and
eleventh year in the role of middle school principal. I am fortunate to
have had the opportunity to work with many talented and caring educators
throughout my career as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and principal
at both the middle school and high school levels. I look at each day as
a great opportunity to learn new things and meet new people. I look forward working in partnership with
you for a successful year.
I was born and raised in Arlington, Texas, and graduated from Arlington Bowie
High School. I
received my bachelor's degree from Southwestern
University in Georgetown,
Texas, and my master's degree from Tarleton State University
in Stephenville, Texas. I am blessed with a wonderful
wife and two beautiful children. My wife and I have been married for
twenty-three years. She works as an elementary school counselor in the Birdville
Independent School
District. My daughter is a freshman in
college. My son is a freshman in high
school.
